Did you receive a defective or incorrect product? Do you wish to return your purchase under the right of withdrawal? Corleones stands out with a fast return service.

We will approve your request as soon as possible, after which you will receive an email with shipping instructions. If you have any questions before returning the product, please contact us at info@SkiWorld.store. The costs for returning the product are always the responsibility of the customer.

Return Guidelines

When returning a product to Corleones, please follow these guidelines:

  • The product must be unopened.
  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense, both for standard returns and under the right of withdrawal.
  • The product must be properly packaged in an outer box, including the original packaging and accessories.
  • Do not place extra stickers, tape, labels, or similar items on the product packaging.
  • Always send products sufficiently stamped to Corleones. Products that are insufficiently stamped or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
  • As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment until it is received by Corleones. We advise you to send your product(s) insured.

If you wish to return a product under the right of withdrawal, you must also follow these additional guidelines:

  • The product must be completely unopened. If there are any signs of opening, the product will be refused by Corleones.
  • The product must be returned in full, including all accessories.
  • If the product is damaged, Corleones will determine the amount of the damage, and this depreciation will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Further Processing

Once we receive the product, our service department will assess whether you are entitled to repair, exchange, or a refund. You must ensure that the product reaches us within two weeks of submitting the service request. Within this period, we can use the request date when processing your service request. If the product arrives later, we will use the date of receipt by Corleones.
